The bit life is very short. You have to replace it with new one.

If you know the role and importance of bearings, you will know the importance of RSC bushings. Bearings are an important part of contemporary machinery and equipment. Its main function is to support the mechanical rotating body, reduce the friction coefficient during its movement, and ensure its rotation accuracy (accuracy). In fact, the RSC bushing is a kind of bearing, just a sliding bearing.

In the rsc cutter wheel, the bushing not only plays the role of the sliding bearing, but also allows the bit/teeth to rotate smoothly under extremely harsh construction conditions and strength, effectively cutting, breaking and socketing  the rock, reducing friction and reducing Wear of RSC bit, bushings and gear seats.
